Tom Bradby is also the author of multiple thrillers. His latest - Red Scorpion - is set in the deadly world of Colombian drug cartels.

The anchor of ITV’s News at Ten, Tom Bradby was named the Royal Television Society’s Network Presenter of the Year in his first year in the role. A journalist with ITN for 30 years, Tom himself made headlines when hosting the explosive interview in 2023 with Prince Harry and Meghan Markle. He is also a much-published author, and has now produced his tenth thriller, Red Scorpion.
The new stand-alone thriller sees Dr Laura Strong struggling to balance her pressurised job as an A&E doctor with caring for her brother. So when she gets a job to look after a South American coffee magnate’s unwell young son,
she jumps at it. Unwittingly, she finds herself caught up in tech deadly world of Colombian drug cartels and is forced to re-evaluate everything she knew.
