Dr. Sian Williams

Dr Sian Williams is an award-winning broadcast journalist and chartered counselling psychologist. She's spent years counselling those living with anxiety, both in the UK's NHS and privately and has also worked with media organisations, governments and businesses to help prevent staff burnout.

Sian is also one of Britain's most trusted broadcasters, having spent four decades in TV and radio, including eleven years hosting BBC Breakfast. She now presents BBC Radio 4's Life Changing (currently over 17 million downloads on BBC Sounds) and BBC Radio 3 Unwind.

Hack Yourself Healthy

Described as ‘both authoritative and warm’ by one TV critic, Julia Bradbury has enjoyed an impressive career which has seen her launch three television channels, present numerous significant long term series including Watchdog, Top Gear and Countryfile, as well as writing several books and turning walking into a primetime hit on television.

In her most recent book Hack Yourself Healthy, Julia cuts through the noise to embark on a journey to reclaim her health following her own breast cancer diagnosis; her quest being to discover whether she can go from a cancer diagnosis to being the fittest and healthiest she's ever been. She draws on research, interviews with global thought leaders and her own personal experience in an invaluable and entertaining exploration of current health trends and theories. She offers practical tips and accessible science-based strategies to optimise every aspect of your health and wellbeing. In other words - an opportunity to join Julia in her quest to 'make the best of the rest' and to curate your own transformative health journey at home and in nature.
