Itamar Srulovich and Sarit Packer co-founded Middle Eastern restaurant group Honey & Co. in London in 2012. The couple write regularly for FT Weekend and The Guardian and host the podcast Honey & Co: The Food Sessions, interviewing influential guests from the food and drink industry.

Honey & Co is an ever-evolving family of restaurants in Central London that includes the bakery-café , Studio - part deli, part gallery and creative event space; and a newly launched deli by day, wine bar by night. Since opening their first restaurant in 2012 Sarit Packer and Itamar Srulovich have become known for serving up delicious Middle Eastern food using the best ingredients they can get their hands on, together with ensuring the warmest welcome to their customers.
Itamar and Sarit have written five acclaimed cookbooks, including their debut 'Honey & Co. Food from the Middle East' which was named Cookbook of the Year by The Sunday Times, Food & Drink Cookery Book of The Year by Fortnum & Mason and won The Guild of Food Writer’s Award Winner for Best First Book. The couple write regularly for FT Weekend and The Guardian and host the podcast 'Honey & Co: The Food Sessions', interviewing influential guests from the food and drink industry.
Their latest cookbook, 'Honey & Co. Daily: Easy Food for Your Everyday Pleasure', was published May 2026. It is all about the everyday: the Tuesday-night dinner, the quick lunch, the cake you bake just because... food that looks generous and tastes sensational but doesn’t take all day to make; food to bring a little more joy to your day, whatever it throws at you.
